Food changed my life.
In 2023, I enrolled in Institute of Integrative Nutrition’s Health Coaching program. The demands of my corporate job and health challenges were taking their toll. Here, I learned the foundations of nutrition and how to be a better shepherd to my body. My diet was a major piece of the puzzle, so I set out to learn how to meal prep nourishing and anti-inflammatory meals. Now, I want to bring those recipes to you and your family!
How does it work?
Before we start, I’ll set up a zoom call to understand your health goals, dietary preferences, allergies, and favorite foods. I’ll also make sure you have everything you need for a smooth prep day. I’ll provide an essential equipment checklist for things I’m not able to easily transport to you. We’ll also arrange a day each week that I’ll prep for you.
1. Consultation
Each week, you’ll select your dishes and note any preferences or substitutions. Per prep day, I can cook up to 3 meals (4 servings per meal) and 1 snack/dessert. But you can schedule me 2x per week if you’d like. All my meals are made with nourishing ingredients and support you feeling your absolute best!
2. Meal Selection
I’ll pick up groceries @ Whole Foods and come to your kitchen on the same day each week to prep. I’ll spend 4-6 hours, leave the kitchen spotless, and leave you with detailed reheating instructions.
